Finding a fresh, clean home when you arrive after many months away is particularly comforting. We adapt the services (deep cleaning or maintenance) with the frequency required, so your second residence in Madrid is always ready. We even include sheets and towels dry cleaning, thorough cleaning of kitchen appliances (such as washing machine or dishwasher), and drain maintenance by washing and unclogging. We remove the perishable goods that may have been left on the property and we leave everything ready for your next visit or your friends and family.
✔ PERIODIC PROPERTY INSPECTIONS
With us, owners can rest at ease even if they just spend a few days a year on their Madrid property. We will do periodic inspections of the apartment to verify that everything is in order and identify any maintenance issues. If there has been a power cut or a water leakage, we will detect it and proceed to solve it as soon as possible.
✔ REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE SERVICE MANAGEMENT
A leaky tap, a door that scratches the floor every time it is opened, the silicone seal of the bathtub that needs to be renewed, or the door jamb in the bathroom that has swollen due to humidity … All these things make a property look neglected.
We also coordinate and supervise the change of electrical appliances, the installation of electric blinds, screen replacement in the shower, or lights and a water faucet installation on a terrace. Remember that even if you do not live in Madrid, you don't have to compromise the doorman or any of your friends for help with issues related to your property.
We take care of all the different kinds of repairs by working with qualified professionals (plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters, etc.) who value service and professionalism, as we do.
If you need claiming on your home insurance, we will be happy to take care of the entire process with the company and be present until the work is accomplished.
✔ KEY CUSTODY SERVICE
We understand that managing the keys to your home is a big responsibility. Not all buildings offer a concierge/doorman service and not everyone feels comfortable leaving the keys with them or even with a friend. In these cases, property owners can rely on us.
✔ MAIL PICK-UP
Once a month we will collect the post from the mailbox and forward it to our clients’ home address. We can also open letters, when authorized by the owner, and scan them so they can be e-mailed.
✔ MANAGEMENT OF THE INITIAL FURNITURE ORDER
This service makes life easier for owners who do not live in Madrid and who need someone to receipt the furniture on their behalf. We'll confirm that the items are delivered in perfect condition, and coordinate the assembling and placing.
If the property has been closed for a long time and a previous cleaning is needed before the reception, we will inform the owners and arrange the cleaning first.
